Quick Start Guide

Step 1: Create Your Account

Head over to Chat4.shop and click "Start Free Trial" or "Sign Up".

Fill in your details:

• Email address
• Password
• Your name

Step 2: Create Your First Project

After logging in, you'll see the dashboard. Click "Create New Project".

A Project is like a container for one website. If you have multiple websites, create multiple projects.

Enter:

• Project Name - Something memorable like "My Awesome Shop"
• Website URL (optional) - Your website domain for reference

Click Create Project.

Step 3: Choose Your Feature

Now the fun part! Click on what you want to create:

For this quick start, let's create a simple contact form:

1. Click Forms in the sidebar
2. Click Create New Form
3. Give it a name: "Contact Form"
4. Use the drag-and-drop builder to add fields:
   • Name (text field)
   • Email (email field)
   • Message (textarea)
5. Click Save

Step 4: Add to Your Website

This is the easiest part! Chat4.shop gives you a simple script tag.

1. In your form (or chatbot/modal), click the Embed or Integration tab
2. Copy the script code - it looks like this:

3. Paste this code into your website's HTML, just before the closing </body> tag

Step 5: Test It Out!

Visit your website and voilà! Your form is live! 🎉

Try submitting a test entry. You'll see submissions appear in your Chat4.shop dashboard under Forms → [Your Form] → Submissions.
